If you feel the match isn't working, simply contact our team and we will pair your child with a different tutor at no extra cost. Yes. Every new family can book a free 30-minute introductory demo. You can meet the tutor, discuss learning goals, and experience our online setup before making any commitment.

Yes, we offer small group sessions for families or friends who want to learn together. Groups of 2–4 students can share a session at a reduced per-student rate, provided they are studying the same subject and at a similar level. Group sessions are a great way to stay motivated and make learning more collaborative. Contact us to discuss group booking options.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with 24+ hours' notice are fully refundable or can be rescheduled free of charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged at 50% of the session fee to compensate the tutor for their reserved time.
