Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of a ComboTutors Academy account from the web app or mobile app. We handle deletion requests through support so we can protect student accounts and verify parent or guardian authority where needed.

Send your request
Email support@combotutorsacademy.com from the email address connected to your ComboTutors account. Use the subject line Account deletion request.

We verify ownership
For student accounts, a parent or legal guardian may need to confirm the request. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request is authorised.

We process the deletion
After verification, we delete or anonymise account data that is no longer needed for service, legal, safeguarding, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
