The community is a distinctive post-2022 mix: American oil-and-gas and diplomatic families retained after the FIFA World Cup Final, Qatari-American dual-nationals, and rotational expats moving between Doha, Education City and the Pearl-Qatar (a 10-minute bridge from northern Lusail). That rotation means AP Mathematics students often arrive mid-cycle from a different curriculum and need to bridge into College Board's MCQ + FRQ format quickly before the May exam.
