New on-site options — NHL Stenden Qatar and the planned GEMS Wellington Qatar — are still scaling vocational and lower-school provision, so sixth-form students stay tied to the established Doha campuses. The Lusail Expressway commute, plus heavy mock blocks at Doha College in January and ASD's AP/IB hybrid pressure across the Pearl-Qatar bridge, mean evenings are short.
